Everyday Leadership: Step Into Your Personal Power and Change the World
We need an explosion of positive leadership now more than ever. There is crucial work to do to create a kinder and more equitable world. The good news: true leadership, everyday leadership as I call it, isn’t dependent on a fancy title or a position of authority. Within each of us, there is a personal, unique and beautiful source of power. When you step into your authentic leadership you make a difference simply by being yourself, caring for and about others, and sharing your passion, experience and wisdom. In this workshop, we will explore the 10 Characteristics of Everyday Leadership and participate in small group discussions and activities that help us cultivate our skills, confidence and power. This interactive workshop is for anyone who-
desires to make a positive difference in the world
is driven by what can be, rather than what is
dwells in possibility and creativity
believes in the importance of elevating multiple perspectives and changing the power structure
wants concrete tools and strategies for stepping up as a leader or role model.
